CMI Globe Valves
CMI Globe Valves perform the
following functions: Stop on-off
shut to fluid flow, Stop and
throttle-when a parabolic shaped
disk is used in lieu of a
standard stop disk. A linear
flow characteristic is achieved
as a direct function of the stem
turns, Stop check-both a stop
and a non-return valve and
Piston lift check-for automatic
prevention of undesired reverse
flow.

Quick Acting Automatic 2 and 3 Way
Valves - CMI Series
Quick Acting automatic 2 and 3 way
valves for H.P. Pre-heaters bypass
systems are valves that are hydraulic
self-actuated by means of an integral
piston whose speed is controlled by an
external regulating valve. Meeting ASME
Class 900 thru 2500, and special
classes. Available in sizes up to 18".
These automatic by-pass valves are
typically installed on the condensate or
feedwater lines of thermal power
stations. They are designed to
automatically intercept fluid flow to
the HP feed water preheater in case of a
high water level condition in the
preheater shell. |

CMI Gate
Valves are straight through
two-direction flow valves, unless an
equalizer pipe is installed. Like all
gate valves, CMI Gate Valves have to be
utilized all-open or all-closed.

BONETTI's
CMI Swing disk and Testable Pneumatic
check valves are manufactured with
Bolted Bonnet or Pressure Seal Bonnet
design. Tilting disk check valves are
manufactured with Pressure Seal Bonnet
design. Bonetti's CMI check valves are
straight-through valves usually operated
automatically. The Testable Pneumatic
check type is equipped with a safety
pneumatic adapter that provides
assistance to the valve at the beginning
of closing operation.

Pasquini Power Actuated Check Valves
with Pneumatic Actuator
Swing Disk
Type - Testable Valves |
|
These special types of
swing-disk check valves are
usually installed on the turbine
steam bleeding lines of the
feedwater preheating stages of
modern power station cycles. The
main function is the quick shut
off of the bleeding steam pipes
in case of loss of turbine load
to prevent the dangerous water
carryover from the preheater
back to the turbine. In the
upset or emergency condition of
the turbine, the compressed air
is vented, the spring is free to
extend inside the cylinder and
the actuator piston rotates the
valve disk to intercept the
steam bleeding pipe. The main
function of the spring is to
overrun the starting friction on
the packing and pivot bearings.
These swing type disk check
valves are usually manufactured
to the ratings and sizing of:

The Kerotest Polyball tm is a ball valve
made of polyethylene which is fully
manufactured in the USA using custom
designed and fully dedicated tooling,
assembly and test equipment. Available
in inch and metric sizes, it has been
engineered to provide the highest
possible flow rate. Its production is
done under the highest quality standards
to minimize variations in the process.
Each valve is fully tested, including
the use of X-rays, to include complete
quality with full traceability.
Kerotest Polyball valve is available in
sizes from ½” to 12” (or metric Sizes
20mm to 300mm), in medium and hand
density Polyethylene resin.
